How do I return a sale or discounted item?

To return a sale or discounted item(s) for a refund of the purchase price:

1. Please notify us via email at [e-mail] with your return request and details of the item(s) you would like to send back for a refund.
2. You will be given delivery details to post back the item(s) at your cost.
3. Bedhead Hats will, on receipt of the returned item(s), issue you a refund for the purchase price of your item(s) to the same payment option selected from your original purchase.

Sale items priced $20 or less are considered Clearance items and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange due to change of mind, size, colour or print. This is in compliance with Australian Consumer Law and the ACCC.
