How do I exchange a full priced item?

To exchange full priced item(s) or Original or Heritage bundle item(s):

1. Please notify us via email at [e-mail] with your return request and details of the replacement product you require.
2. You will be given delivery details to post back the item(s) at your cost.
3. Bedhead Hats will, on receipt of the returned item(s), send out your replacement item(s) free of postage charges.
